Michael’s career includes directing high-profile campaigns for global brands such as BMW, McDonald’s, Nissan, and State Farm. His work has earned him an Emmy nomination, along with recognition at Cannes and from the AICP. Before joining TriSearch, he was VP of Marketing in the hospitality industry, where his viral content surpassed 25 million views and helped shape brand identity and online presence. Alongside his marketing leadership, Michael is also responsible for overseeing TriSearch’s technology initiatives, ensuring the company continually innovates in recruitment processes and operational efficiency.

Marketing & Social Media Director

Camryn Aylsworth serves as Social Media & Marketing Director at TriSearch, where she oversees the company’s digital presence, brand communication, and client engagement strategies. Leveraging her BA in Psychology and 3.5+ years of recruiting experience, Camryn develops innovative marketing initiatives that attract and retain top talent while highlighting TriSearch’s culture, values, and expertise.


Camryn manages TriSearch’s online reputation across multiple platforms, ensuring the brand remains visible, credible, and innovative in the competitive recruitment landscape. She collaborates closely with senior leadership and the recruiting team to design and implement impactful campaigns that highlight client success stories, employee testimonials, and company milestones. Her efforts consistently drive awareness, engagement, and growth for the firm.
