Don Garrison advises Boards, C-suite leaders, and investors on leadership strategies that drive growth, transformation, and long-term enterprise value as part of TriSearch’s Healthcare practice.

His background spans Healthcare and Technology leadership with firms including Wipro, Tata Consultancy Services, Electronic Data Systems, and Accenture, where he managed large enterprise portfolios and advised senior executives on complex transformation initiatives. That operator experience brings a practical, business-first perspective to executive search and talent strategy.

Prior to joining TriSearch, Don built and led Healthcare and Technology executive search practices serving clients across North America, partnering with healthcare organizations, PE/VC firms, and growth-focused companies on board, executive, and revenue leadership hiring.

Today, Don focuses on helping clients scale leadership teams, access competitive talent markets, and align executive talent with evolving business and healthcare industry demands.

Beyond executive search and healthcare leadership recruiting, Don has spent more than 20 years coaching and volunteering with USA Hockey. He is passionate about developing young athletes, building strong team cultures, and helping grow the sport domestically across the United States. Don is also a strong believer in expanding the Division I college hockey footprint of schools, creating additional pathways for athletes while further accelerating the long-term growth of USA Hockey nationwide.
