RON WOESSNER

Head, Agribusiness Practice

Ron Woessner focuses on agribusiness, industrial, venture capital/private equity, consumer products, healthcare, and financial management. Ron began his retained search career as founder and CEO of Woessner & Associates, where he built a search practice with a reputation for premium quality work and relentless pursuit of “the perfect fit” for his clients. Subsequently, he served as Managing Partner of two top 20 International search firms and a domestic boutique.


A Certified Public Accountant, Ron began his career at Deloitte, before joining CHS, now the world’s largest grain, fertilizer and feed cooperative.


Ron was a founding Board Member of the MinuteClinic, Inc., a member of the University of St. Thomas Alumni Board, a Hill-Murray Foundation Board Governor, and has served as an officer of several not-for-profit and community associations. He is a past member of the Minneapolis Club.

He holds a BS and a MA from the University of St. Thomas.
