As Co-Head of the Global PE Practice (European Lead) at Tri-Search, Rob provides executive search and talent solutions for private equity, growth and transformation clients across multiple sectors and tiers of demand. With over 20 years of experience in the talent industry, Rob has gained extensive national, regional and global expertise in delivering customized and scalable talent solutions that focus on the client's specific requirements.
A software engineer by training, Rob has held talent strategy & HR transformation leadership roles in KKR owned Willis and at Barclays brothers owned Shop Direct. He has also held TA leadership and consulting roles in scale global organizations including: Cisco Systems, Moody's, Royal Bank of Scotland, Cargill and others. His in-house sector experience includes private equity, financial services, fintech, information technology, telecommunications, insurance, banking, real estate, investment management, retail, consumer electronics, healthcare, logistics, food ingredients, commodities trading and process engineering.
As Co-Head of the Global PE Practice (North American Lead) at TriSearch, Adam provides his clients with a fully-integrated, on-demand search partner with proven capabilities adding talent from the fund level to portfolio company leadership, middle management, and impactful individual contributors.
As the private equity industry evolves (e.g. unspent dry powder, rising cost of borrowing, fewer attractive acquisition targets, roll-ups testing the limits of what a command-and-control leadership structure can accomplish in terms of creating a unified culture and vision), Adam and his team advise their clients on all matters concerning talent and better position their private equity counterparts to truly create value through the personalities and skillsets of the individuals they hire.
Adam has over 20 years of experience in the search industry, having spent a decade at global firm Spencer Stuart (in the Board Practice, Healthcare Practice, and as part of the firm’s founding team in the Dubai office) and at Morgan Samuels, where he was deeply involved in the Private Equity Practice. Adam graduated from Baldwin-Wallace in Berea, OH.
John Grahame, the CRO and Co-Founder of TriSearch, began his career as a professional athlete in the National Hockey League winning a Stanley Cup. John transitioned into the business world becoming the VP of Business Development for TriWorth in 2012 and later transitioned with Bob Aylsworth to form TriSearch. John has had recruiting success in various industries including sports & entertainment, oil and gas, energy, construction services, manufacturing, technology and retail to name a few. To date, John has led his teams to the effective completion of over 1,000 placements equating more than $25 million in revenue.
