Bob began his recruiting career with heavy emphasis on sales recruiting and quickly rose to prominence, later leading a sales recruiting practice at DHR International. His early expertise in executive search and sales recruitment laid the foundation for his later success. As a trusted advisor to many CROs and executives, Bob has a proven track record in helping companies strategically build their sales forces.
As CEO of Jobplex, Bob transformed the company from a $600K revenue business to over $25M, demonstrating his ability to drive growth and operational excellence. He later founded and successfully sold Tri-Worth, solidifying his reputation as a visionary leader in the recruitment industry.
