About the Role
We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team as Pool Technicians at various levels. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment while gaining hands-on experience in the pool service and construction industry.
Our available roles range from entry-level maintenance to skilled construction technicians and service technicians. Whether you’re just starting out or have years of experience, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Depending on your experience and role, responsibilities may include:
Maintenance Technicians:
- Skimming, vacuuming, and general pool cleaning.
- Conducting water chemistry tests and adding chemicals as needed (e.g., chlorine).
- Assisting with basic pool upkeep and ensuring a clean, safe environment.
Service Technicians:
- Performing pump repairs, filter replacements, and other equipment maintenance.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting pool-related issues.
- Educating customers about proper pool care and safety.
Construction Technicians:
- Assisting in new pool construction, remodels, and repairs.
- Working with materials such as rebar and concrete for pool installations.
- Collaborating with masons and other skilled trades on construction projects.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a range of skills and experience levels, including:
- Tech I: No certification required. Basic pool maintenance, vacuuming, and chemical balancing.
- Tech II: Minimum 2 years’ experience, CMS certification. Advanced water chemistry, pool equipment maintenance, and safety hazard identification.
- Tech III: Minimum 3 years’ experience, CMS and CST certification. Pool opening/closing, troubleshooting, and repair of pumps, filters, heaters, and advanced water chemistry issues.
- Tech IV: CMS, CST, and CSP certification. Electrical and plumbing repairs, light masonry work, and training others.
- Tech V: Advanced certifications (OSHA, etc.). Liner measurement, advanced troubleshooting, and preparing repair estimates.
