What You'll Do:
- Own the Strategy: Develop and execute a game-changing national sales plan.
- Lead the Team: Inspire and mentor 5-6 internal sales reps, plus manage 4 independent rep agencies.
- Drive Growth: Crush sales targets and expand our market share.
- Innovate & Analyze: Identify opportunities, research the competition, and stay ahead of the curve.
- Build Relationships: Connect with key customers and industry partners.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with marketing and product development teams.
What You'll Bring:
