We seek a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Development to lead its expansion across North America (US and Canada). This role is pivotal in managing new business opportunities and requires an individual who can embody and convey the vision and values.

What you should ideally bring:
- Professional Background: At least 15-25 years of professional experience, with a successful track record in targeted sales and business development, especially in SaaS and complex, technical environments
- Industry Expertise: Knowledge and experience in the telecommunications and wireless software industry is preferable
- Industry Network: able to hit the ground running with decision makers (network/broadband/wireline), across engineering, marketing, product, etc.
- Personality: highly energetic, decisive, and ambitious. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, integrity, and the ability to inspire and motivate customers. Strong new business mindset, capable of building outstanding interpersonal relationships
- Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in time management, planning, organizing, and commercial understanding
- Ability to relate to all organization levels, work as a team player, implement and support complex strategies, set and manage priorities, and comprehend complex technical and commercial subjects
