Job Title: Director of Technology and Analytics - On-site / Hybrid, Hudson, Ohio
Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Director of Technology and Analytics to lead the ownership and management of our integrated technology ecosystem. This role is a hybrid of a technical product owner, data steward and an analytics leader, ensuring that our systems, tools, and data deliver exceptional value to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
As the technology leader, you will oversee a suite of interconnected systems, support the needs of a service-oriented business, and drive the creation of high-quality analytics, reports, and insights. This position is ideal for a problem solver who thrives in a small team environment, can work independently, and consistently delivers polished and impactful outputs.
Key Responsibilities
System Management:
- Oversee and maintain an integrated system comprising:
- Applicant Tracking System - Loxo
- Postgres Databases
- Qlik Sense Cloud BI Environment
- Candidate Search Tools
- Compensation Databases
- AI Interview Transcription and Assessment Writeup Software
- CRM Systems
Integration Development and Support:
- Enhance and extend the current technology ecosystem to support internal and external clients.
- Develop and deliver a technology framework to enable candidate assessment reports, scorecards, client recommendations, marketing content, and client deliverables.
Data Stewardship:
- Own and manage data integrity, ensuring its accurate use for diverse analytics and insights.
- Create and maintain robust API connections and scripting solutions using Python, SQL, and Qlik.
Leadership:
- Serve as the go-to technical expert and advisor for technology-driven initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Qualifications
Required:
- Proven leadership experience in a technical or analytics role, preferably at the Director (or Senior Director) level.
- Expertise in managing and integrating end-user systems, databases and APIs.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Qlik for scripting and analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of producing polished reports and actionable insights.
Preferred:
- Experience with AI tools for transcription and assessment writeups – including LLMs and OpenAI APIs.
- Background in creating client-facing deliverables such as recommendations, reports, and marketing content.
- Familiarity with compensation databases and candidate search tools.
