Director of Demand Generation - Remote (or hybrid if near Atlanta or Austin, TX offices)

About the RoleSeeking an experienced and strategic Director of Demand Generation to lead our demand generation initiatives to drive pipeline development and growth. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with creative marketing strategies to develop and execute programs that generate high-quality leads and accelerate revenue growth. This leader should have a high degree of initiative and be comfortable operating in a start-up, execution-oriented environment. This leader will report to the Vice President of Marketing.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with company growth objectives and revenue targets
- Create, manage, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital, content, events, and partner marketing
- Build and manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and positive ROI
- Establish KPIs and metrics for demand generation activities; continuously measure, analyze, and report on program performance
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define and refine lead qualification criteria and implement effective lead scoring models
- Work closely with content, product marketing, and communications teams to develop compelling messaging and content that resonates with target audiences
- Design and execute ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies for key target accounts
- Evaluate and implement marketing automation and other MarTech tools to enhance demand generation capabilities
- 7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience with at least 5 years specifically in demand generation roles
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEM, content syndication, display advertising, social media, and email marketing
- Experience with ABM strategies and tools (Demandbase, 6sense, etc.)
