- Ideal candidate: Ambitious, grounded, and emotionally mature. Ideally with direct experience in the fencing industry and with a background in sales.
Key skills/qualifications:
· Experience in fencing products and services preferred
· Strong sales abilities, including soft lead generation and closing deals
· Strong leadership and team management and motivation
· Ability to work with contractors, designers, and other stakeholders in the fencing industry
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data
Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers
· Ensure consistent sales processes and workflows are followed
· Set performance goals and monitor individual and team metrics
· Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closings
