EXO Edge is the leading offshore staffing partner to the real estate industry, delivering support services to property management companies, across Accounting, Finance, IT, Recruitment, and Legal.
Following significant growth in recent years, the company is looking to hire a VP of Sales to acquire new real estate clients.
This B2B sales role involves proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities, and building and nurturing relationships through the sales cycle, to drive new customer acquisition. The position is an initiative-taking demand generation and sales role within EXO Edge responsible for creating and executing Business Development strategies to acquire clients across real estate industry sectors.
Primary focus on
· Delivery of revenue budget – monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
· Generate demand for EXO Edge’s services in the US Real Estate/Property Management industry
· Hunting new Real Estate clients to meet customer acquisition targets
· Scheduling and leading sales meetings with prospects
· Meeting New Client targets, and other key sales metrics (Leads, Meetings, MRR, TCV ..etc..)
Responsibilities
Meeting Sales Targets
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets and sales KPIs (e.g., new clients, contracted revenue ..etc..)
Prospecting and Lead Generation
· Research the market to identify potential clients and real estate segments for business expansion (e.g., single-family, senior, student, manufactured, commercial, industrial ..etc..)
· Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media connections, and networking at events/conferences
Sales Outreach
· Initiate contact with potential clients to present EXO Edge’s services – email, phone, LinkedIn, regularly attending large national conferences ..etc..
· Schedule and lead meetings, including tailored presentations to prospective clients
Client Relationship Building
· Establish and cultivate relationships with prospects/clients through the entire sales cycle
· Function as a key point of contact for clients, providing information and addressing inquiries
Sales Presentation
· Create compelling sales presentations tailored to meet the client's needs, and share them with prospects at industry events/conferences, and on discovery calls,
· Clearly articulate the benefits to the buyer and unique selling points of EXO Edge’s services
Pipeline Management
· Maintain a well-organized and updated sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions
· Utilize CRM tools to manage and document your pipeline through the sales cycle
Market Intelligence
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics by attending conferences and registering for market reports/newsletters
· Provide insights and feedback to the company's senior leadership
Team Collaboration
· Manage National Account Manager direct report to ensure delivery of their customer acquisition targets
· Collaborate closely with fellow associates to align business development strategies with overall company goals
Education and experience
· 10-15 years of selling experience with most of the experience in BPO or Real Estate
· Results-oriented with a history of exceeding sales targets (i.e., new client acquisition, recurring revenue …)
· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
· Experienced and confident presenting to very senior business leaders of large enterprises, including CEO, CFO, CIO ..etc..
· Excellent communication and people skills, and an ability to build and maintain strong client/prospect relationships
· Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo ..etc..)

· Regular travel required (e.g., industry conferences/events to represent the company and meet prospects)
· Possible travel to EXO Edge Operations Center in Chandigarh, India
