"Client Success.” The title serves as my vision in being "Client-Centric". I work for my clients by building successful teams, which in turn, builds success for my clients. "Client-Centric" creates symbiotic efforts of partnership which form my go to market recruiting efforts as an extension of my client.
My talent acquisition career has been formed over two decades of working for a big five retainer firm, two start-ups and now TriSearch. Creating authentic relationships has been the cornerstone of my approach, allowing me to transition my clients from the big 5 company (where I was one of the three top billing agents) to the subsequent firms throughout my career. I have also gained invaluable experience by working for several Fortune 100 & 500 companies in Human Resources.
My development has spanned from being an entry level new hire to Vice President, participating in determining the strategic direction of companies. The greatest joy and sense of accomplishment I have found has been in mentoring global HR teams. I have conducted talent acquisition projects from C-Level to individual cutting-edge technology contributors spanning the spectrum of the functional disciplines.
The career I have built and the manner in which I represent my clients are premised on integrity, honesty, openness, excellence in communication, hard work and undaunting effort. My career stages were transitioned through the creation and maintenance of partnerships to insure "Client Success.” I am thrilled to continue that tradition here at TriSearch.
